Thankful to have guidance from one of my lifelong friends since i’ve told him i’m ready to step it up in life. He’s been nothing less of encouraging, motivating, and reliably keeping in touch with me to make sure i’m on track. Since talking to Ryan about wanting to make changes in my life he’s become a great mentor to help me change my diet, get less screen time on my phone and television, reading books, and most of all focusing on my health and fitness, a lot has turned around for me. I’ve gained 20 pounds along with physique. I feel like a million dollars every day, I have a consistent sleep schedule that involves going to bed at a decent time and being productive; starting my day at 6AM, working out daily, and continuing to get 6 meals in a day to get to the weight/muscle I want to be at. I started out at 145 pounds 2 months ago.. I’m now at 164 pounds with a lot more physique and this is only the beginning! Anyone considering to make some changes whether it’s to lose weight, gain weight, or just overall guidance feel free to contact him! You won’t regret it. Thanks again Ryan!

My wife and I were looking to get fitness back into our busy routine. We had previously worked with a personal trainer for a year, until they moved. It totally threw us off our goals. I found a few personal trainer options on Thumbtack and had a consultation with several. Ryan was the most responsive and most professional out of the group so we decided to schedule an initial consultation. Ryan made time for us right away, and worked around our schedule and even the holidays! My wife and I were excited but nervous, but once we met Ryan in person, we felt comfortable due to his warm, personalable and humble demeanor. Especially when you aren’t used to working out, it can be intimidating, but Ryan worked with us to set up goals, set up a plan forward and ease us back into fitness. Over the past 2 months we have been working with Ryan, it’s become clear that he is extremely dedicated to Royal Fitness and his clients. He is committed to results, and he ensures you are too. During the week, he checks in with us to ensure our week is going well, we are sticking to the work out and nutrition plan! It’s great accountability, which we need. He has also built us monthly work outs that are designed to do from home. I travel for work 3-5 days a week, and Ryan went out of his way to design work outs that I could do from my hotel room. In the last 2 months we went from not having fitness in our lives, to being motivated and working out 4-6 times a week; 1-2 times with Ryan and the rest using our Royal Fitness designed work outs at home. We enjoy the work outs and really feel like Ryan designs them just for us! Together in the first 5 weeks we were 20lbs down combined. We’ve never felt so certain that we will accomplish our overall goals with Coach Ryan guiding the way. Thanks Ryan!

Going into it, I wasn't too sure how it would work reaching out to an online trainer but Ryan has been great. I met with him in person to go over what I was looking for and we talked for about a hour. He reached out to me a few days later with a workout plan and I haven't looked back since. He reaches out to me every few days to see how I am and how my workouts have been. If I have any questions, he is quick to respond. I have never been one to hit the gym and work out but since reaching out to him, I haven't missed a workout.

My experience with Ryan has been excellent from my first contact. He was responsive to my request and professional when contacting me. I have now been training with Ryan for three months and could not be happier with our relationship and my progress. Ryan is knowledgeable and dependable. When he commits to a schedule, you can count on him arriving on time or early. His time is focused on the workout, and he continues to challenge my progress. Ryan is truly unique, a special person and an overachiever with enough knowledge and discipline to share with others. I recommend you hire him before he is all booked up!
